This property security deposit is separate from any reservation payment or booking deposit made through Monthlix and is collected directly by the accommodation provider.
Provided that the accommodation is returned in its original condition and no additional charges apply, the security deposit will be refunded by the accommodation provider in accordance with its own policies following check-out.
Monthlix does not collect, hold, or manage property security deposits and is not responsible for the processing or refund of these deposits. Any questions or disputes regarding a property security deposit should be addressed directly with the accommodation provider.
